How do I get signed into Resident App & Portal for my community?

Each community has a unique Resident App and Portal. To sign up for the Resident App and Portal for your community, you will first need to receive an invitation from your community’s on site team. The email should have the title “Sign Up for the <Your Community Name> Resident App.” Be sure to check your spam/junk folder in your email if you don’t see the inviation come through.

Once you’ve received the invitation, click the “Get Started” link at the bottom of the email. Follow the steps to create your username and password, and you’ll be good to go!

The Resident App is available in the Google Play and Apple App stores. You can sign in using the unique username and password you created on sign up.

You can also sign in using your communities unique link to the resident portal. Please contact your community to receive the direct link to your Resident Portal.

How do I submit a work order?

Submitting a service request with the resident app and portal is easy. Simply log into the web or mobile app and click “Request Service” and you’ll be able to take a photo of the problem, add a description, your preference on how and when you’d like the team to enter your residence, and mark the level of urgency of the task.

How do I pay my rent?

The “Pay Rent” button will appear within your Resident App and portal only if the team has enabled that option for your community. This button will link you directly to the rent payment portal for your community.
* Resident App does not collect any payment information to pay your rent at this time, you will always be linked out to your community’s unique rent payment service.
