The Senior Marketing Strategist will work closely with the Marketing Director to build well thought out campaigns and programs to achieve the goals set by the company. Creative thinking, balanced with acute detail in execution is key to the success of this role...along with having some fun along the way!

Responsibilities

  • Build well-though out creative campaigns and programs based on marketing goals.
  • Build out campaigns and required deliverables for events, digital awareness, video, brand programs and more.
  • Strategically think through a campaign journey, timelines and deliverables required to successfully execute a campaign in a timely manner.  
  • Use data to drive all initiatives.
  • Cross-collaborate with product, sales and customer success departments to identify strategic marketing opportunity.
  • Create and support event-based initiatives to drive brand awareness.
  • Present proposed strategies and results from executed campaigns to leadership.
  • Track and review data to report conversions and success metrics.
  • QA and check creative work to ensure brand messaging and collateral are accurately represented.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with video, web, paid digital advertising, print and events preferred.
  • 5+ Years’ experience in a marketing role.
  • Understanding of marketing platforms and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Knowledge of deliverables to execute campaigns such as digital assets, print collateral, email automation, landing pages and events.
  • Extreme attention to detail.
  • Ability to think creatively and critically to identify solutions and campaigns to meet goals.
  • Works well with a team and positively impacts initiatives by contributing well thought out ideas.
  • The ability to manage time and provide deliverables to meet deadlines.
  • Clear communication and writing skills.  
  • Ok with travel.  
  • Experience with video, web, paid digital advertising, print and events preferred.
