The Marketing team at SightPlan works closely with the Sales, Product, and Account Management teams, focusing on the execution of branding, demand generation and drip campaigns, events, and social media engagement. We believe in getting sh*t done!

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist who will work closely with our growing team to build well thought out campaigns and programs to support sales initiatives and increase brand awareness. Creative thinking, a fun spirit, and close attention to detail are key to the success of this role. Day to day, you'll help guide junior team member's work, translate strategy into actionable plans, and create content that highlights our product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Build well-thought out creative campaigns and programs based on marketing goals.  
  • Strategically think through a campaign journey, timelines and deliverables required to successfully execute a campaign in a timely manner.  
  • Use data to drive all initiatives.  
  • Build out campaigns and required deliverables for events, digital awareness, video, brand programs, and more. 
  • Cross-collaborate with product, sales and customer success departments to identify strategic marketing opportunities.  
  • Create and support event-based initiatives to drive brand awareness.  
  • Present proposed strategies and results from executed campaigns to leadership.  
  • Track and review data to report conversions and success metrics. 
  • QA and check creative work to ensure brand messaging and collateral are accurately represented.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3 years’ experience in a marketing role. 
  • Experience with video, web, paid digital advertising, print and events preferred.  
  • Understanding of marketing platforms and ability to learn new tools quickly.  
  • Knowledge of deliverables to execute campaigns such as digital assets, print collateral, email automation, landing pages and events.  
  • Extreme attention to detail.  
  • Ability to think creatively and critically to identify solutions and campaigns to meet goals.  
  • Works well with a team and positively impacts initiatives by contributing well thought out ideas.  
  • The ability to manage time and provide deliverables to meet deadlines. 
  • Clear communication and writing skills.   
  • Must be okay with travel, up to 25% of the time. 
  • Experience with Keynote, OneDrive, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Outlook, Pardot, Webflow, GoToMeeting and Microsoft Teams a plus.
