We’re looking to add an experienced Account Manager with a strong customer service background to our growing Sales team who will help us get sh*t done. This role isn’t just managing accounts, it’s supporting the customer and encouraging them to embrace our solutions, ensuring consistency across portfolios, upselling and expansion. We want you to manage your book of business as if it was your own business.
This position supports the Vice President of Sales in the North territory, which includes the following states: MN, WI, MI, IL, IN, OH, WV, VA, PA, MD, DE, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, and ME. Ideally, the Account Manager – North will be located in the territory they support.
Day to day, you’ll manage the interaction with the accounts within your territory, cultivate and strengthen our existing customer relationships, and bring in new business. As the lead point of contact for your assigned customer accounts, you should anticipate your customer’s needs, work within the sales team to ensure your customer deadlines are met, and help your customers succeed through the use of our solutions portfolio.
The position is paid through a combination of salary and commission. In addition, we offer many benefits including health, dental & vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k), life insurance and more.
