SightPlan’s solutions streamline maintenance, communications and service operations for multifamily owners and operators to improve resident satisfaction and preserve asset value. Through the partnership with SmartRent, maintenance team members gain the benefit of convenient, keyless entry into apartment units when service is requested. Maintenance team members can obtain a temporary access pin when servicing a maintenance request or inspection through SightPlan Mobile. These new capabilities reduce time to service while improving security and resident satisfaction.
