As SightPlan continues to grow, we are excited to welcome new faces to our rapidly expanding team. We are thrilled to introduce the newest member of our team, Kathryn Mencaccy! Kathryn joins SightPlan as Regional Sales Manager in the Western region.
Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Kathryn comes to the SightPlan team with a wide range of experience in the multifamily industry. Having grown up in the industry, Kathryn has proven her expertise by excelling in leasing and property management positions.
“I am very excited to be a part of SightPlan,” said Mencaccy. “I firmly believe in the mission of the company and look forward to expanding our presence in Arizona and surrounding markets.”
While working towards her Bachelor of Science in Communications from Arizona State University, Kathryn served as Property Manager and Leasing Agent for two separate properties totaling nearly 1000 units. Kathryn’s on-site experience has been vital in her passion to drive technology enablement and smart home adoption in multifamily communities.
“Kathryn’s experience as a property manager will play a vital role as she builds relationships in her territory and takes SightPlan to new heights,” said Kim Moehlmann, VP of Sales at SightPlan. “I have no doubt she will be an outstanding addition to the team and a great success!”
Kathryn comes to SightPlan from CBRE, where she served as a Client Services Coordinator and mastered skills such as branding, market research, and client success. In addition to her work with CBRE, Kathryn is involved with numerous philanthropic organizations and enjoys volunteer work with Colleen’s Dream raising money for ovarian cancer research.
As a new member of the Arizona Multihousing Association, Kathryn is excited to meet and network with fellow professionals in the multifamily industry.
As SightPlan expands, we are continuing to search for dedicated and hard-working individuals to join the team and help us in our mission to enable management teams to provide exceptional service.
